coming to Denver, Fort Morgan (NEW!), Grand Junction, Loveland, and Pueblo. This
is an excellent opportunity for your caregivers to learn from our survey team
about sensitive residents rights issues, how to meaningfully engage with
residents, the do's and don'ts of medication administration and understanding
the why's behind some resident behaviors and strategies for dealing with their
triggers, physical behaviors and emotional needs.
