The Division is proposing changes to its Chapter XV regulations for Dialysis
Treatment Clinics. Some of the changes are necessary due to the passage of
Senate Bill 13-046. Other changes are recommended to update the rules and
reflect current standards of practice. The Division and the ESRD advisory
committee have been meeting monthly since October 2013 to arrive at the proposed
rule changes.
We would appreciate receiving comments on the draft rule
