This message is from the
Division of Fire Prevention and Control at the Colorado Department of Public
Safety.
The Division of Fire Prevention and Control will begin billing for the annual
Certificate of Compliance (COC) fee in January of 2014. The current information
on file with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)
will be utilized.
This annual billing will be conducted by email,
therefore the most recent email address that is on file from the Colorado
Department of Public Health and Environment will be utilized and the bill sent
to that email address. If the address is incorrect, the annual invoice may be
sent to an incorrect email or an incorrect contact.
We will be asking
that all information be updated by utilizing the following address;

Division of Fire Prevention and Control.
Thank you for your
assistance.
This blog publishes information typically sent to users of the Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) system for health care entities regulated by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Please note that COHFI is the official medium for business communication between the Department and licensed and/or Medicare/Medicaid certified health care entities. Health care entities should continue to monitor their email accounts routinely.
