2013-2014 HCW FLU VACCINE REPORTING - ATTENTION

In February 2012, the Colorado Board of Health (BOH) passed rule 6 CCR 1011-1 Chap 2 regarding influenza vaccination of employees in licensed healthcare facilities. Health care facilities are required to report data each spring. The goal for 2013-2014 is that at least 75% of your employees are immunized with the influenza vaccine.

To report these data, you can use either the Colorado Health Facility Portal (state portal) or the National Health Safety Network (NHSN). Data should be submitted through only one of these systems. Reporting to either system will meet the reporting requirement.

Reporting parameters are listed for each tool to report your 2013-2014 data.
NOTE: some requirements for NHSN have changed from last year.
