MDS/RAI Training in Grand Junction

MDS 3.0 training will be held Wednesday and Thursday, August 14 and 15, 2013 at the La Quinta Inn located at 2761 Crossroads Blvd, Grand Junction, CO 88506, Ph 970-241-2929. To encompass the MDS 3.0 Focus on the Resident, training will be provided to the MDS coordinators all day Wednesday and Thursday. Training for the IDT members will be included in the Thursday training to include Care Plans. Training for CNAs and SDCs will be provided at another time by invitation at the facilities. NHAs and DONs are welcome at any time. 
The room will be open 7:30AM to 4:30PM both days.

Food and beverages will not be provided so bring what you need and therefore, get what you want!
