2020 Eden Alternative Conference - Unique Grant-funded Online Learning Experience for Colorado Nursing Homes

 

To: Medicare/Medicaid nursing homes in Colorado The 2020 Eden Alternative International Conference is now an extended conference learning experience! You’ll gain tools and knowledge to improve well-being and quality of life for nursing home residents, family members and team members during the COVID era and beyond. A limited number of Medicare and/or Medicaid participating nursing homes in Colorado have the opportunity to participate in this grant-funded online learning experience at no cost. Content will highlight how the Eden Alternative approach applies to pandemic-related challenges and beyond. In the era of COVID-19, and the culture of social distancing that comes with it, the impact is more profound than ever. The project framework will incorporate peer-to peer learning potential throughout the grant period to deepen learning and develop a circle of support.
