Deadline 12/1/24 - Opportunity to participate in a Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board project

 

To: All Certified Nursing Homes From: Jo Tansey, Branch Chief, Acute Care and Nursing Facilities Eperture, LLC is applying for a Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board (NHIGB) Civil Money Penalty (CMP) grant and they are looking for certified nursing homes that are interested in participating in the project. The “Reading for Memory” project promotes resident reading and includes memory exercises based on what is read. The project comes with 2 touchscreen RememberStuff tablets and support and training for the Activities Director and up to 4 staff members.  There is no cost to the nursing home to participate in the project. If you are interested in participating, fill out the letter of interest or contact Christine Mullholand at christine@mullholand.com by December 1, 2024.
