Opportunity Host Upcoming MDS Training

 

To: Attention: Western Slope, Grand Junction, and Palisade NF/SNF Providers   From: The Health Facilities Education and Quality (HFEQ) Branch of the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD)   We are hosting an MDS Training in Grand Junction on Monday, May 8, 2023, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are looking for communities that would be interested in hosting this event.   Requirements to host: Accommodate attendance that could range between 60-75 people (training would be open to all Western Slope communities) Adequate parking available Internet Access (video and audio connections) Sign-in table A place for refreshments (being provided by the instructors)   If your community is interested, please send an email to: Wendy Castro - CDPHE MDS State Training Coordinator wendy.castro@state.co.us  720-443-2486   Thank you for your consideration.
