Colorado Hazardous and Medical Waste Regulations Training for Healthcare Facilities

 

To: Hospital, long-term care, and ambulatory surgical facility administrators

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment will host a virtual training for healthcare facilities in Colorado that generate hazardous waste subject to 6 CCR 1007-3, Part 267, Subpart P of the Colorado hazardous waste regulations. The training will provide an overview of the main hazardous waste topics - such as generator requirements through Subpart P and information on what to expect during an inspection - and will allow time for attendees to ask questions of division staff.

 

The training will take place on Wednesday, April 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please see the Hazardous and Medical Waste Regulations Training for Healthcare Facilities Invitation to register and for more information.
