October 26th, 2022: Second stakeholder meeting for updates to 6 CCR 1011-1, Chpt 5 – Nursing Care Facilities & Chpt 7 – ALR related to SB 22-079 & SB 22-053 (visitation rights)

 

To: All Stakeholders interested in regulations related to Nursing Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living Residences From: HFEMSD You are invited to participate in the stakeholder process to review and update 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 5 – Nursing Care Facilities and Chapter 7 – Assisted Living Residences, related to new statutory requirements put in place by Senate Bill 22-079 requiring dementia training and Senate Bill 22-053 defining patient rights to visitation. The meeting will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022, 1:30-4:30 p.m. All meetings will be held virtually to ensure equal access for participation, regardless of geographic location of the attendees. Meetings are open to the public, and all interested parties are invited to attend and participate. Meeting documents, including agendas, proposed rule language, presentations, etc., will be posted to the public meeting folder no later than a week before each meeting.
