Updated Monkeypox Emergency Plan Template

 

To: Hospitals   From: CDPHE, Disease Control & Public Health Response Division (DCPHR)    On September 6th, CDPHE Director Jill Hunsaker Ryan sent correspondence regarding an updated emergency plan that details how facilities will scale testing, treatment, and vaccination for monkeypox. This plan is due to the Department by September 22, 2022. To assist in the submission of this plan, CDPHE is providing the attached template. Hospitals may choose to use a different format, but submitted plans must contain the information asked for on the CDPHE template. This fillable PDF is due back to the Department by September 22 and should be sent cdphe_infectionpreventionplan@state.co.us. Thank you for your continued collaboration.
