HCPF memo regarding HCBS Settings Final Rule schedule updates

 

To: Provider Directors   From: HFEMSD   The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) sent an Informational Memo to update providers of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) on the schedule for implementation of the HCS Settings Final Rule.
