Request - Supplemental staffing agency information

 

To: All licensed facilities From: HFEMSD The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMS) is requesting contact information for staffing agencies used by licensed healthcare agencies. On June 3, 2022, Governor Polis signed a bill that seeks to analyze staffing agency information in the wake of the staffing shortage that is pervasive throughout the healthcare system. This analysis will allow the state to determine if regulation is required for staffing agencies. In order to analyze this information, HFEMS is requesting each licensed facility fill out this form by August 31, 2022. Submissions will not be accepted after that date. This form intends to gather information about supplemental staffing agencies providing services at licensed facilities in Colorado. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
