Dear Colleagues,

New 2021-2022 guidelines for responding to Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) outbreaks are posted on the CDPHE website (https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/infectious-disease-guidelines-health-care-settings).

For questions about RSV guidance or to report an outbreak, please contact our RSV epidemiologist, Emma Schmoll (emma.schmoll@state.co.us | 720.460.9397) or myself (elizabeth.austin@state.co.us | 303.691.4920). If you need to speak with someone urgently, you can call the main communicable disease number: 303-692-2700. Outbreaks may also be reported to your local public health department.

We appreciate your partnership!
