To: Federally certified facilities   From: Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment   The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) updated guidance on the Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Final Rule published on November 5, 2021.
