Long-Term Care Facility Call Technical Difficulties, Updated Schedule

 

To: Residential care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities)   From: CDPHE Residential Care Strike Team & Infection Prevention and Control Unit   We wanted to provide an update on today’s Long-Term Care Facility (LTCF) call as we encountered some technical difficulties with the meeting capacity limit. We did move forward with the presentation, but acknowledge several of you may have been unable to gain access and apologize for the inconvenience.   We want to ensure everyone is up to date on the latest guidelines and topics impacting long-term care and skilled nursing facilities, so we will be breaking from our regular schedule and holding the next LTCF call at noon on Wednesday, September 1. Next week’s call will cover the information from today’s presentation and also provide general updates.   We will wait until the following Wednesday (September 8) to resume our biweekly newsletter and continue our every other Wednesday rotation in conjunction with the LTCF call thereafter.
