Colorado Health Facilities Interactive (COHFI) Licensing Outage

 

To: All Licensed Providers   From: Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division   Last night 6/09/21 an update to the Colorado Health Facilities Interactive System (COHFI) was released during our regularly scheduled maintenance window. The release has created a bug where licensing applications are unable to be opened. We are aware of the issue and working with our development team to roll back or repair the issue as soon as possible.   At this time we are not experiencing issues with Occurrence reporting or Plan of Correction submissions.   Thank you for your patience.
