To: Residential care facilities (Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Group Homes, and Intermediate Care Facilities)   From: HFEMS Residential Care Strike Team   The Residential Care Strike Team has outlined next steps to ensure LTC facilities have access to ongoing COVID-19 vaccinations for residents/staff and new admissions. The original portal message from March 12, 2021 can be found here.   Please utilize the steps outlined on the Residential Care Strike Team website to begin the process of locating a pharmacy that can assist with ongoing COVID-19 vaccinations for any unvaccinated residents/staff and new admissions at your facility.   Do not delay with this request. Vaccine is still in short supply and your request may take a few days to be accommodated.   If unable to locate a second Pfizer vaccine dose after attempting all other options listed on the website, please complete this form for assistance.
