Nursing Home Innovations Grant – Present your project ideas to the Board

 

Are you interested in applying for a Nursing Home Innovations Grant? Not sure where to start. On January 22, 2021, the Nursing Home Innovations Grant Board will be listening to grant ideas and offering feedback. Grant project categories: • Culture change • Resident or family council • Improvements to quality of care • Consumer information • Training • Other innovative projects that improve, advance, support,    and benefit nursing home residents Presentations are limited to 30 minutes.
