This system will be replacing the Health Facilities Portal that you currently use to submit license applications, occurrence reports, and plans of correction for the surveys you receive.
Our second webinar session will introduce you to the Occurrence functions, as well as train how to:

- Submit a final report

Please note that COHFI is the official medium for business communication between the Department and licensed and/or Medicare/Medicaid certified health care entities.
