It is time to begin working on Phase 3 of the ROPs as the implementation will being 11/28/19.
Under F 865 483.75(a)(3) (Each Long Term Care Facility) presents its QAPI plan to the State Survey Agency no later than 1 year after the promulgation of this regulation
483.75(a)(2) implemented November 28, 2017 (Phase 2).
You need to send your QAPI plan to CDPHE by November 28, 2018. We have set up a separate email address for you to use. The email address is:
