SMALL ALR QUESTIONNAIRE

REQUEST FOR RESPONSE FROM ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCES WITH 19 OR FEWER BEDS

The Department, along with the Assisted Living Advisory Committee Workgroup for Small ALRs is requesting ADMINISTRATORS of assisted living residences with 19 or fewer beds to respond to a survey on the newly revised licensing rules in Chapter 7 pertaining to the qualifications and duties of the administrator. 

The purpose of the survey is to gather information from small capacity (19 beds and fewer) residential assisted living facilities to better understand how the new licensing requirements for the administrator would be or are applied in small assisted living residences. The survey is estimated to take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to complete depending on your input.

The information gathered from this survey will be used by the workgroup which is comprised of current ALR providers, to determine where areas of guidance, technical assistance and/or provider training may be of immediate value. This information will also be used to determine if amendments to Chapter 7 Assisted Living Residence licensure rules are necessary for small capacity assisted living residences.
