Stakeholders are invited to submit feedback by email or phone or attend the upcoming meeting on August 28, 2018. Meetings are open to the public (see attachment for more details).

Please note that COHFI is the official medium for business communication between the Department and licensed and/or Medicare/Medicaid certified health care entities.
