The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services
Division website has been updated with a new, easy way to submit a question
about home care rules and regulations.
At the suggestion of the Home Care Advisory Committee,
the home care resources webpage now has a tool for anyone to submit a question
directly to home and community facilities section personnel. You no longer have
to email or call the division hotline with every question that comes to mind.
Section personnel will monitor submissions and depending on the question, respond
directly to the submitter, issue a broader response to all stakeholders through
the web portal, and/or post helpful information on the webpage.
