Proposed Changes to Ch. 7 ALR rules – Request for Comment
The Division has been collaborating with the Assisted Living Advisory Committee and other stakeholders since October 2015 to revise the Chapter 7 rules regarding ALRs. This 2-year effort has resulted in a complete rewrite of the current rules. The proposed revisions may be viewed here: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/cdphe/draft-regulations
The Division invites you to review these changes and give us feedback. Comments may be made orally at one of the upcoming HFEMSD town hall meetings or in writing by January 5, 2018. Written comments should be directed to Laurie Schoder, Policy Advisor, at laurie.schoder@state.co.us
