The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Services (CMS) has developed and released a new online emergency preparedness
training, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week/365 days a year.
Providers are encouraged to take this
course if your facility is required to comply with the CMS emergency
preparedness requirements. Surveying for requirements begins November 15, 2017.

Using this link, you will have ongoing provider access
to the course, so that you can review it when needed.
