The Department experienced a power outage yesterday that
affected our phone and internet services. They tested the systems in our
conference room this morning and at this point it does look like the web and
phone conferencing systems will be available; however, we wanted you to be
aware in the event that we experience technical difficulties.
To participate via Web:
The Adobe Connect screen will appear entitled
“Assisted Living Advisory Committee Meeting”
Step #2: Click “OK” option after you have read
the text box message
Step #3: You will now be in the Virtual Meeting Room

To participate by telephone:

Step #3: You will be on music hold until a few moments before
12:00 PM.

talking, please re-mute your telephone using 4* again.
