The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services
Division has recently executed a contract with Ascellon Corporation to conduct
a limited number of re-certification surveys July through October 2017. Ascellon surveyors will present the attached
letter to the administrator and facility upon entry to the nursing facility.
