The Division recently discovered that the deeming discount for ASC renewal license fees that was authorized by House Bill 12-1294 and previously adopted in June of 2014 was inadvertently omitted from Chapter 20 when the rule was reorganized and rewritten in December 2014. The Board of Health has granted the Division's request for a public hearing on January 18, 2017 to restore this provision to the rule.
