Amendment to Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process

The Division IDR policy has been amended to require that providers submit only one copy of an IDR request. This copy must be redacted to remove the provider's name, resident names and any other protected health information. The request must include a cover letter, identifying the provider and the individual the Division may contact if there are questions about the request. 

This change, and details about the required information in the IDR request, will be included in the IDR instructions enclosed with the provider's notice/enforcement letter and deficiency list.
