In response to House Bill (HB) 14-360, which was signed into law by Governor Hickenlooper on June 6, 2014, the Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division (HFEMSD) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has formed a small workgroup to develop technical assistance and regulatory interpretation for home care license rules (6 CCR 1011-1 Chapter 26) as they pertain to Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) waiver rules for Supported Living Services (SLS) and Children's Extensive Support (CES) (10 CCR 2505-10 8.500).
We are seeking comments and feedback on this technical assistance/guidance (known as Frequently Asked Questions -FAQs) from SLS/CES Waiver and Licensed Home Care providers.
