The Division is proposing repeal of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 17, Rehabilitative Nursing Facility. The Division does not currently license any facilities of this type and has not in recent memory. The regulations in Chapter 17 are extremely obsolete and the topics contained therein are now addressed in the recently revised Chapter 5, Nursing Care Facilities. Therefore, the Division plans to request a public hearing before the Board of Health on May 18, 2016 to repeal this chapter of regulation.
