OASIS: Transitions - Short Course for OASIS C-1/ICD-10 - *FREE*

ETA will offer a new 2-hour course, OASIS: Transitions. The course is advanced content, intended to assist facilities and personnel already familiar with OASIS to transition into using ICD-10 as of October 1, 2015.

Course objectives:
- Review and reinforce changes already implemented between OASIS-C and OASIS-C1
- Discuss transition to ICD-10 coding in select OASIS items
- Provide resources for questions on ICD-10 coding
- Review select OASIS Q&A guidance from CMS over 2014-2015

Training requirements:
Attendees should bring the copy of the OASIS guidance manual and the ICD-10 manual currently in use at their facility. It is recommended that attendees have already been to an OASIS training class in the past three years. This is not a course to introduce OASIS, or all the OASIS data set. On-Site attendees will not need internet access or devices.

Training offerings:
On-site Denver classes with teleconference access: 

- Thursday, September 10, 1:30 to 3:30 pm
- Friday, September 11, 1:30 to 3:30 pm
- Thursday, September 17, 1:30 to 3:30 pm
- Friday, September 18, 1:30 to 3:30 pm
