Hands-on training will be provided at locations throughout the state from May through July. Online training, via COTrain, is also available. There is no cost for either training.
An Access Request form must be completed by those who wish to log in to the EDR system (user ID, password, PIN). If a facility wishes to manage their physician participation, those doctors need not complete the request form. Facility staff must complete the request form and they then manage physician listings and PIN assignments, from within the system, for their facility.
