We have updated information regarding the ongoing integration of the Division for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (DIDD) survey unit to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. We have made updates to the following topics:
(1) the process for establishing a Health Facilities portal account
(2) revised plan of correction time frames
(3) and the new process for Community Centered Board involvement regarding exit conferences and survey report distribution.
