The department presented a series of proposals for increases in ALR license fees during the ALR Advisory meeting on Jan. 22, 2015. During the meeting the department received input from ALR providers and stakeholders on suggested changes to the original proposals.
The purpose of this notice is to advise you that the department is seeking provider and stakeholder input and comment on the revised license fee proposals through Feb. 20, 2015. Please send your responses directly via email to Kim Fear.

Once you reach the page, click on the link to the Assisted Living Residence Advisory Meeting. Here you will be able to view both the original proposals along with the revised proposals.
