On Monday, February 23, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is convening a stakeholder meeting regarding the implementation of a law (C.R.S. 25-3-112) that requires hospitals to provide:
- financial assistance information in an accessible way, and
- for persons who are uninsured and at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty level, discounted billing and a reasonable payment plan before initiating collections.
The meeting will be held Monday, February 23, 2015 from 1:30-3:00 at: CDPHE, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive South, Denver CO 80246, Sabin-Cleere Room.
