The theme for the meeting is Culture Change and Person-Centered Care, with presentations from Nancy Fox, Chief Life Enhancement Officer at Vivage, Inc; Penny Cook, Executive Director of the Colorado Culture Change Coalition; and Linda Savage, Program Specialist at Telligen (formerly Colorado Foundation for Medical Care). You will also hear from our Division Director Randy Kuykendall.
