Online Licensing Application Technical Issues
The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division online licensing
portal has been experiencing some technical issues. Some providers are not able
to access functions of the portal or login. As we work to resolve the issue you
may experience your session being terminated. We apologize for any inconvenience
this may cause and ask for your patience as we work to resolve these issues. We
are planning one action that we know will cause sessions to terminate at noon on
02/18/2014. We will try to keep future disruptions outside of normal business
hours.
