On December 9, 2013, the Colorado Departments of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) and
of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) convened a stakeholder meeting to
discuss the recommendations of the sunset review report on home care agency
licensure. Stakeholders discussed the recommendations in the sunset report and
were also invited to raise "parking lot issues", i.e., other legislative topics
relevant to home care agency licensure.
