Based upon comments received from stakeholders, the Division has revised the
proposed amendments to the Chapter II General Licensure rules regarding
palliative care. The revisions are more technical than substantive. You may

A public hearing regarding the adoption of these
amendments will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 before the Board of
Health in the Sabin-Cleere room at CDPHE. The exact time of the hearing may be
obtained by checking the following link approximately 7 days prior to the
hearing.
