Quality Management Presentation for Home Care Agencies in WELD, LINCOLN, LOGAN, KIT CARSON, MORGAN and YUMA

The Health Facilities and Emergency Medical Services Division of the Colorado Department of Health will be providing a quality management program (QMP) presentation on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Colorado Plains Medical Center, Medical Office Building Training Room, 1000 Lincoln, Fort Morgan. This presentation is hosted by Susan Jones, CPMC, and will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a one hour lunch-on-your-own.

From our presentation, group discussions and breakout sessions, you will:

• Understand the core elements (plan, do, study and act) of a Quality Management Program (QMP).
• Gain working knowledge on how to successfully use a QMP.
• Learn how to incorporate your QMP in day to day operations. 

Dress casually and feel free to bring your own snacks and refreshments.

This class is limited to ONE ATTENDEE per agency.
