The proposed
temporary rules being considered by the Colorado Department of Public Safety,
Division of Fire Prevention and Control (DFPC) implementing the provisions of
HB12-1268 and its associated transfer of the fire and life safety functions are
available for comment on the Health Facilites website. The proposed rules can viewed here. Also, there is a form
available which suggestions for revisions to the proposed temporary rules can be
submitted.The form can be viewed here. Please submit your comments or
suggestions on this form no later than 5:00 PM on June 18th, 2013 to robert.sontag@state.co.us
There will be an
informational meeting to discuss the proposed temporary rules and seek input
from stakeholders on June 14th, 2013 from 1:30 to 5:00 PM at:
