Colorado Culture Change Coalition Offering Great Training in June

On June 25-26, 2013 the Colorado Culture Change Coalition (CCCC) is holding its 3rd Colorado Culture Change Accord, an event that brings together professionals from across the long-term care continuum to discuss new innovations and creative ideas to improve the lives of those we serve. The event is being held at Mile Hi Church in Lakewood, CO and includes excellent nationally recognized speakers, workshops, discussion, story sharing, and more. You can click here to view the full announcement and click here to see the schedule of events.

New this year is a half day session for professional and family caregivers on June 25 that will focus on the need for caregivers to care for themselves as they care for others. More details can be found on the events website here.

The Coalition promotes core person-centered values of choice, dignity, respect, self-determination, and purposeful living. Staff helps individuals and organizations develop new ways of thinking, new language, new beliefs, and new behaviors based on a person-centered philosophy of care.
