The Division has revised its proposed amendments to Chapter IX, Community
Clinics and Community Clinics and Emergency Centers. These amendments are
required in order to comply with House Bill 12 -1268 which transfers building
construction and life safety code functions to the Division of Fire Prevention
and Control effective July 1, 2013.
