To: Home Care Placement Agencies  From: HFEMSD As part of the Department’s ongoing process to revise our Chapter 26 – Home Care Agencies, the Department and stakeholders are discussing home care placement agencies at the upcoming meeting and welcome your attendance so that you can provide your valuable input to the group. This month's meeting topics include a review of Placement Agencies (Ch.26, current Section 4, proposed Part 3) and General Requirements for all License Categories (Ch. 26, current Sections 6.1-6.3, proposed Parts 5.1-5.3). Meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom only.
