To: All Stakeholders From: HFEMSD The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment i s continuing the stakeholder process for the regulatory review to update 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 9 – Community Clinics and Community Emergency Centers and develop 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 13 - Freestanding Emergency Departments, based on the passage of House Bill 19-1010 Freestanding Emergency Department Licensure. This month's meeting topics include a review of the following Chapter 9, Community Clinic topics: Personnel (Part 7), Health Information Management (Part 8), Infection Prevention and Control Services (Part 9), Quality Management Program (Part XX), Patient Rights (Part 10), Pharmacy Services (Part 13), and Laboratory Services (Part 14).
