In keeping with the statutory requirement to routinely review and update our regulations, the Department has begun the stakeholder process for the regulatory review of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 26 - Home Care Agencies (access the chapter at this link).
This month's meeting topic includes a review of General Requirements for all License Categories (Ch. 26, current Section 6, proposed Part 5).
Meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom only.
