To: All healthcare workers who have the ability to create organizational change to support the workforce From: State of Colorado Health Care Workforce Resilience & Retention Initiative’s CO-CARES Team (Colorado Alliance for Resilient & Equitable Systems) Join the State of Colorado’s CO-CARES team for a Resilience Roundtable. We are convening healthcare partners who have the capacity to foster resilience and guide others. Roundtables are a 60-minute virtual discussion with topics that include burnout and stress management, creating a workplace culture of connection, building morale, and more. We offer a variety of topics on different dates and times. View our calendar of roundtables to sign up. Roundtable discussions aim to bring healthcare change-makers together in smaller cohorts to discuss pressing issues, build relationships, and share ideas. This group meeting aims to provide healthcare leaders with a space to acknowledge the challenges of their field, gain insights into new processes, foster future collaboration, and share best practices with others who have shared experiences.
