Based upon comments received from stakeholders, the Division has made some additional changes to the proposed amendments to the Chapter XV regulations for Dialysis Treatment Clinics. These final changes were agreed upon by the dialysis treatment advisory committee and do not constitute substantive changes, but are intended primarily for clarification.
A public rule-making hearing on these amendments is scheduled for May 21, 2014, in the Sabin-Cleere Conference Room of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Bldg. A, First Floor, 4300 Cherry Creek Drive, South, Denver, CO 80246. The precise time of the hearing will be posted on the Board of Health's website approximately one week prior to May 21st.
